Guests
We do not allow more guests that the number for which the reservation was made.
We do not allow pets.
The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests and is open from May 1st through October 31st.
Upon departure we ask our guests to leave the kitchen clean and the refrigerator empty. If this cannot
be done we will require an added fee.
Please communicate to the owners any damage or problems.
Change of linens will take place on Saturday Mornings.

air conditioning in each bedroom
heating
linens for the house and towels for the pool
final cleaning

TV cable connection
Our prices does NOT includes
extra cleaning of the house
daily tourist tax (introduced by the Municipality of Cortona starting April 15th, 2012) of 2
euro per person per night for a maximum of 4 consecutive nights. Children under 12 years of age
are exempt from tax.
